What is CoinBack?

























CoinBack is a rewards feature that gives you a percentage back based on your VIP tier and wagering level. The more you play, the more CoinBack you can earn.

CoinBack is designed to reward your activity by returning value from eligible wagering.

Where can I see my CoinBack?
You can view your CoinBack anytime from the CoinBack screen. This screen shows your CoinBack balances and whether they are available to claim now or still unlocking.

CoinBack balances
CoinBack is displayed in different balance types. You can swipe between them on the CoinBack screen.

Total Balance
Total Balance shows your full CoinBack amount. It includes both unlocked CoinBack (available to claim) and locked CoinBack (still unlocking).

Locked Balance
Locked Balance is CoinBack you have earned, but it is not available to claim yet. It will unlock over time.
On the Locked Balance screen, you will see a countdown timer that shows when the locked amount will become available. Once the timer ends, the locked CoinBack moves into your Unlocked Balance.

Unlocked Balance
Unlocked Balance is CoinBack that is ready to claim. You can claim it anytime as long as it has not expired.

CoinBack currencies (SC and CC)
CoinBack can be earned in two types:

SC CoinBack
SC CoinBack is calculated from Redeemable SC Wager only.

CC CoinBack
CC CoinBack is calculated from Crash Coin (CC) Wager.
 

How is CoinBack calculated?
CoinBack is calculated using the following formula:

Redeemable Wager × (1 − RTP) × VIP %

This means CoinBack is based on eligible wagering only, combined with the game RTP factor, and multiplied by your VIP percentage. Your VIP tier and wagering level determine how much CoinBack you receive.

Claiming CoinBack
When you have Unlocked CoinBack, you can choose to claim it anytime.

Claim
Selecting “Claim” will collect your unlocked CoinBack immediately.

Keep
Selecting “Keep” will leave your CoinBack balance available so you can claim it later.

Expiration
Unlocked CoinBack expires after 30 days. Make sure to claim your unlocked balance before it expires.
