CrashMania Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Rocket Dreams Inc. (“Rocket Dreams”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you access and use of the CrashMania platform, including all subdomains, websites, games, applications, content, and services made available through crashmania.com and its affiliated channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you ("player", "User", "you", or "your") agree that this Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with us, alongside our Terms of Service, Responsible Social Play Policy, Sweepstakes Policy (if applicable), and any other Special Terms that may apply (collectively, the "Customer Agreement").

1. ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Applicable Law” includes U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, DPDPA, Nevada). These laws may apply to users located in, or accessing the Platform from, different U.S. states, even where certain features are restricted. 1.2 “Cookies” are small data files used to recognize your browser or device.

1.3 “Device Information” means data about your device, such as model, IP address, operating system, and mobile identifiers.

1.4 “Personal Information” means any data that can identify or reasonably be linked to an individual.

1.5 “Privacy Officer” refers to the designated representative of Rocket Dreams responsible for data protection and privacy compliance.

1.6 “Sensitive Personal Information” includes government-issued IDs, precise geolocation, and other protected identifiers.

1.7 “Transaction Data” includes records of purchases, redemptions, and payment confirmations (excluding full card numbers).

1.8 “Usage Data” means activity logs and interactions with the Platform.

1.9 “User Account” refers to your CrashMania login and profile.

1.10 “Verification Data” includes documents submitted to confirm identity or eligibility.

 

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect Device Information to understand how you access our Platform and to ensure compatibility. We also collect Usage Data to analyze player interactions and improve user experience. Transaction Data helps us manage payments, redemptions, and gameplay rewards. Verification Data is required to confirm eligibility, detect fraud, or comply with sweepstakes laws (if applicable).

We collect the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone number, date of birth)

  • Device and technical data (e.g., IP, OS, browser type)

  • In-game and site activity (e.g., clicks, feature usage, screens visited)

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary. 

When setting retention periods, we weigh:

  • The time needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy;

  • Operational needs, backups, and security requirements; and 

  • The need to preserve evidence for current or anticipated claims, investigations, or disputes.

Once retention is no longer required, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.

 

13. DATA SECURITY

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

 

14. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Delaware (DPDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and Nevada, may have specific privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. These may include the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information;

  • Limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information;

We honor these rights in accordance with Applicable Law, even where access to certain Platform features is restricted in those states.

 

Rocket Dreams does not “sell” or “share” Personal Information as those terms are defined by state privacy laws. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.

15. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data may be transferred to other countries. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers, which are protected by contractual safeguards or legal adequacy mechanisms where applicable. The Platform is intended for United States residents only; individuals located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland should not use the service.

 

16. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We do not use your Personal Information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 19. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

The Platform does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers. You can still limit tracking using your device or browser settings.

 

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. If changes are material, we will

  • Post a revised version on our website and update the "Effective Date"

  • Notify you via the Platform, and/or provide additional notice (e.g., email notification) if required by law.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This includes updates required by newly enacted or amended U.S. state privacy laws.
