CrashMania Responsible Social Play Policy
Effective as of May 26, 2026

Version 1.7

Welcome to CrashMania (the "Games Platform"). At Rocket Dreams Inc. ("Rocket Dreams", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and socially responsible gaming experience for all users. This Responsible Social Play Policy ("RSP Policy") sets out our approach to healthy gameplay and the support we offer to anyone who feels that play is no longer purely for fun.

By accessing, registering or using the Games Platform, you ("player", "you", or "your") agree that this RSP Policy forms part of your agreement with us, alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Sweepstakes Policy (if applicable), and any other Special Terms that may apply (collectively, the "Customer Agreement").

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE PLAY

We want the Games Platform to remain a positive leisure activity. To help achieve this, we encourage every player to:

  • Play for entertainment only, not as a source of income.

  • Keep track of time spent in‑game.

  • Balance play with family, work, study, and rest.

  • Avoid gameplay when tired, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Our Games Platform is for entertainment only and our games are always free‑to‑play and do not involve real‑money, nor gambling.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

2.1 You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create a Player Account and use the Games Platform.

2.2 You must not permit anyone younger than 21 years old (or the legal age of majority, if higher) to access your Account.

3. PROTECTION OF MINORS

3.1 If you share a device with minors, we recommend activating built‑in operating‑system parental controls or third‑party content‑filtering software.

3.2 We may use age‑verification and other technical measures intended to prevent underage play and may suspend or close accounts where we cannot confirm eligibility.

4. WARNING SIGNS OF UNHEALTHY PLAY

Some indicators that gameplay may be becoming unhealthy include:

  • Playing for long sessions without breaks.

  • Allowing play to interfere with work, study, or relationships.

  • Using the Games Platform primarily to escape personal problems.

  • Feeling anxious or irritable when unable to play.

We encourage periodic self‑assessment. An example of a screening tool is the Video Game Addiction Test for Gamers.

5. RESPONSIBLE PLAY SUPPORT OPTIONS

5.1 You can contact our team for any of the following:

  • Take a short break (Cool‑Off, 7-30 days), subject to mandatory lock periods as defined below.

  • Set a longer Self‑Exclusion (30 days up to permanent), subject to mandatory lock periods as defined below.

  • Permanently close your account.

  • Get a copy of your gameplay & purchase history.

  • Ask any other responsible‑play question, request or share a concern.

How to reach us:  by the support chat or by email support@crashmania.support and include:

  • A clear subject line (e.g., “RSP - Cool‑Off Request”).

  • Your Player Username and Player ID (find it under the "Account" section in the platform).

  • A sentence or two describing what you need.

We usually reply within one (1) business day after verifying your identity. New in‑app tools will be announced here once available.

5.2 Set Limits and Self-Exclusion:

Players may request to set limits or self-exclusion measures as part of our Responsible Social Play tools.

Limits (Purchase Limits):

  • Players may request daily and/or monthly purchase limits on Crash Coins.

  • Limits apply only to purchases of Crash Coins packages and do not apply to gameplay or use of existing balances.

  • Players may define limits for a fixed period or request an ongoing (indefinite) limit.

  • Timeframes (day and/or month) are calculated based on UTC time.

  • Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased, removed, or modified for a period of seven (7) days from the time it is applied.

  • If a player has remaining allowance below the set limit at the time of purchase, they may complete an additional purchase even if it exceeds the defined limit, provided that:

    • The total exceedance does not surpass 20% above the defined limit.

    • Any further purchases beyond this threshold will be blocked.

Self-Exclusion:

  • Players may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days up to permanent exclusion.

  • Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be canceled, reduced, or modified for a minimum period of thirty (30) days, regardless of the originally selected duration.

  • Players may define a fixed exclusion period or request an indefinite (permanent) exclusion.

Cool-Off:

  • Cool-Off periods are intended to remain in effect for their full duration once activated.

  • Cool-Off periods cannot be canceled or reduced once activated.

6. PLAYER MONITORING AND INTERNAL CONTROLS

We monitor aggregated gameplay data solely to identify patterns that might indicate unsafe play or a breach of the Customer Agreement. Where warranted, we may:

  • Reach out to you with guidance or resources.

  • Place temporary limits or suspensions on an Account.

  • Enforce any self‑exclusion or cool‑off period you request.

  • Enforce mandatory lock periods for limits, cool-off, and self-exclusion requests as defined in this Policy.

All information reviewed under this RSP Policy is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. EDUCATION AND SAFE‑PLAY PRINCIPLES

7.1 Randomness: Winners are determined at random; past results never influence future outcomes.

7.2 Common Misconceptions: Lucky charms, rituals, or “being due” have no impact on results. Playing longer does not increase the chance of winning.

7.3 Tips for Safe Play:

  • Set personal play‑time limits and stick to them.

  • Take regular breaks to stretch, rest your eyes, and reset focus.

  • Play only when in a positive headspace; avoid play when angry, sad, or stressed.

  • Never play under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Treat the Games Platform as one of many entertainment options - balance gameplay with other hobbies and social activities.

  • Spend only discretionary funds on optional purchases.

  • Do not let gaming interfere with work, health, relationships, or other commitments.

8. WHO SHOULD AVOID PLAYING

You should refrain from playing if you:

  • Have a history of addiction or are currently in treatment for compulsive behaviors.

  • Are under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

  • Experience significant financial stress or emotional distress.

  • Do not fully understand how the Games Platform works or struggle with impulse control.
